After the time elapsed for return, the opener seemed to get stuck in a position which wouldn’t allow it to sit on bottle properly. I submitted a one star review and the company (LKA) immediately responded offering to replace unit which was very nice. I decided instead to try and switch out corkscrews and that seemed to reset opener so now works great again. The company LKA was super great with the customer service and follwup to make sure I was satisfied,

Great style, looks great, nice packaging if you want to give this as a gift. I don't know if it's just me, but they feel delicate. My husband says it feels just fine. Really good looking though and can be a great gift.

I got the bottle opener , it came in a very beautiful wrapper so it was really nice to give my husband a gift, a very high quality bottle opener, opens the bottle in seconds and does not have to work with the rounds like the other opener, My husband was very enthusiastic about it and really happy, of course I had to thank the owner of the product for a very high quality product, highly recommended

This wine opener was a gift for a new bride. It arrived quickly and packaged in a very nice box. The look of the opener is copper colored and classy. It was an impressive gift. These are the best type of wine openers, very easy to use for me as I have arthritis. I recommend this opener if you want ease and good looks.

5 year guaranteed and broke in 5 months....but replaced very promptly. Acquiring the replacement was quite simple and our new corkscrew works beautifully.

I liked this wine opener but it broke after 7 months. bummer! I am trying to get it replaced but no such luck yet. Due to it being 7 months later-- amazon is trying to help ... but it has to come from the retailer! we shall see... but this is a bit too pretty and not enough durable at all!

I had a similar opener (a little larger) for 15 years with no problems. My 260 lb son-in-law managed to break it. I got this Luxury Rabbit Wine opener as a replacement. Bad error !! We have not been able to open even one bottle and, in fact, it pushs the cork into the bottle. It looks good but does not work. Follow up-----This nice company sent my money back quickly. I took the opener apart and replaced the part that cuts into the cork with another one from a prior opener. The opener now works OK. I hope this may help this nice company.

This wine opener is really a poor design. At the beginning, the foil cutter broken. I was like, well, I can still use the knife to open the foil, no big deal. Then, 2 out of 5 times when using this wine opener, the corkscrew is actually pushing the cork INTO the wine bottle, instead of screwing into the cork so that we can pull it out. We had to throw away few bottles of wine because the cork was end up IN the wine bottle and we could not drink it. At the end, I was thinking: Nope, this wine opener got to go. Return in 30 days.
