Premium Nylon Quick Release Watch Bands

Great watch band for the price. Works perfectly on my Seiko, and it installed easily in seconds. Also really liking the clean black color and the feel of the strap. Like some said, it’s a little stiff, but that’s to be expected with the brand new material. I look forward to seeing how this breaks in and softens up over time, as well as see how it holds up with constant wear. Overall I’m very impressed, and will probably order the OD green one next!

Nice quality watchband! Size and color are accurate, and the good thickness suggests this will last a long time. A little stiff initially, but softens in time. Also easy to change, which is important to me as I change watchbands a lot (to match what I'm wearing or doing).

Feels like a good quality band. Thick and durable. It is very stiff so I am hoping it will break in over time. Wearing it for the first time today. Just wish it was a little longer.

Archer offered me a full refund because I wasn’t completely satisfied with my purchase. Not many companies will do that for you. This style of strap won’t work for everyone and every watch, but it is still high quality regardless. I would recommend it for a heavier watch with long lugs. Its double-layered construction will work well to fill the gaps on watches with longer lugs. Also, it’s a lot sturdier than your typical NATO strap so it will support a heavier watch better.

After 2 years of using this watch band daily, I've just ordered a second one to go with my new (Samsung Galaxy) watch (this time in a different color). The stock bands look good, but are nowhere near as comfortable. This band is very comfortable for all activities and occasions, and a fraction of the price of the official Samsung bands. As noted in the product description, these watch bands do take some "breaking in." It will be stiff and not the most comfortable when you first get it. Have patience though, and it will quickly become your favorite and longest-lasting band. After 2 years, my original band is showing signs of wear and tear - namely some fraying at the edges and slight discoloration where the bands clasp. These are minor cosmetic signs of it's age though, and unlike traditional plastic/rubber/silicone bands though, I have no worry that it will unexpectedly break off. At worst, as this band ages, I may save it for sweatier/dirtier days and switch to a newer band when I care about the cosmetics. Did I mention that I really love the modern quick-release band designs (compared to needing special tools or visits to a watch/jewelry store of days past)? The latest official Samsung bands use a button for even easier removal (part of me wonders if those are too easy to remove), but the levers on this older style work perfectly fine. I'll also note that these bands can get funky over time (especially when playing sports), but can be easily cleaned with soap and water, though it does take more effort to clean than a plastic/silicone band. Theoretically they could go in the washing machine on a cold cycle (no dryer), but I just soak it in the sink with some mild dish soap and, if necessary, lightly scrub it with a brush.

The 18mm band works great with my Casio W800HG series watches. I have at least four Casio's whose original rubber bands had fallen apart over the years. Replacing the bands with new rubber/plastic ones from Casio costs about as much as an entire new watch, but I finally decided to try this band and give my old watches some new life. I got the black band to match my various watch colors and styles. It looks great. The band installed quickly and easily. I did use a small flat screwdriver to help push the prongs to seat completely. The band is tough nylon and is initially somewhat stiff (as new nylon should be), but I disagree with reviewers who say this feature of nylon is a problem. I took it instead as an indication that the nylon is of good quality. The band quickly adapted to my wrist, there were no rough edges, and I never had any discomfort.

I have a Seiko SKX009K1 diver watch (Pepsi style). I've owned it for 4 years and never have found a band that was comfortable. I'm guessing I've purchased 3 or 4 rubber watch straps and 3 nylon Nato Zulu style 3 ring straps. The rubber straps allowed the back of the watch not to sit flat against the back of my wrist. It either fit too loose or too tight, The Nato type (the band pulls through the back of the pins) were either too long or too short. The Archer straps are a perfect fit for my wrist. Very comfortable. Band is well made, heavy duty, comes in different colors, inexpensive and easy to install., nice looking. You can buy a couple and switch them out to go with what you are wearing (if that is important. I imagine these will outlast the rubber bands, as they sometimes disginegrate and fall apart after a few years (I have an older Seiko diver and that happened to two of the rubber straps). One problem is if you have a large wrist these might be too short. Mine is 8" and these have 3 holes left after I am strapped in. If your wrist is more than 8 inches, most likely these will be too short (be aware). I ordered an olive green, the one I received is a lighter color than the one shown on the order form, but it looks nice, adds a little bit of color to the watch. I just ordered a black one. One tip, to break this band in, wear it in the shower once, and wear the watch until the band drys out. It will form to custom fit your wrist.

The strap feels a little stiff at the moment, but hopefully more comfortable when it's worn it.

Da das schwarze Original-Armband sich erstaunlich schnell abnutzt - ich habe nach knapp zwei Wochen schon abgescheuerte Ecken, wo sich die mattschwarze Beschichtung verabschiedet hat und das glänzende Trägerband durchkommt - musste eine Alternative her. Über ein Review bin ich hier bei dem grau gestreiften gelandet. Und bisher bin ich ganz angetan. Das Band sitzt recht stramm, da es wohl minimal breiter als 20mm ist. Es passt aber gut. die Federstäbe sind erstmal einigermaßen robust, wenn auch dünn. Es wackelt jedenfalls nix. Im Moment ist es noch sehr steif, das soll sich aber ja noch legen. Mal sehn. Unbequem ist es aber nicht. Das viel beschriebene Kratz-Problem der freien Schlaufe tritt bei mir nicht auf. Da scheint sich etwa geändert zu haben. Die Schlaufe wird nicht mehr durch eine "Stoß-Verschweißung" gebildet, sondern überlappt etwa einen halben Zentimeter. Dadurch gibt es bei mir nix, was kratzen könnte. Ich habe das Armband aber auch erst ein paar Stunden dran. Sollte sich an meinem sehr positiven Ersteindruck etwas ändern, wird die Rezension noch angepasst. Auf jeden Fall sagt mir die Optik sehr zu und wertet die dunkelgraue Amazfit GTR42 doch deutlich auf. Die gesamte Verarbeitung ist jedenfalls tadellos mit sauberen, sehr geraden Nähten und schön ordentlicher Rundung. Es scheint aber Hautschuppen zu fressen. Mal sehn, wie es sich reinigen lässt. :) Und vor allen Dingen, wie lange es mit der Alltagsbelastung so ordentlich aussieht. Der Preis scheint der Qualität angemessen. Eben nicht billig, aber ramschige Billig-Bänder aus China hatte ich auch schon reichlich. Das hier ist definitiv von der besseren Sorte. Es gibt übrigens keine merkwürdigen Gerüche ab (na ja, bisher, der Armschweiß wird das noch ändern...)

Stirp strong and good quality

I chose the Archer strap over the cheaper straps for the reported quality. I struggle with silicon straps as they irritate my wrist and have been disappointed with some of the leather offerings, so wanted to try something different. I'm glad I decided to spend a little more on the Archer strap as the quality of the material and construction is excellent. As reported by others, the double layered strap is quite stiff when new, but this hasn't been a problem for me and it was very comfortable the first time I wore it; the stiffness is now starting to ease after a few days. The colour is great and the strap feels very durable and should last some time. I'm very pleased with the strap and feel it is good value.
