Great Performance, Great Specs, Great Quality, Great Price
This mini PC is truly top of the line. High end 15th gen Intel CPU, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB Fast SSD NVMe PCIe, and all the right ports including 2 HDMI. It also has 2 high speed USB C ports, the latest Blue Tooth, WiFi 7, Windows 11 Pro and a very good Intel GPU that easily handles by two 4K monitors. The system is very responsive--a huge improvement over my previous high-end PC. I've had the system for about a month now, and I've already ordered two more for colleagues--we're all upgrading from standard Windows 10 tower systems, and everyone loves the small footprint. Within the next month we'll have everyone in our office upgraded to this model. A few other comments--the system is very quiet *and* it stays cool to the touch. It has a metal frame (some other mini systems now use plastic parts) and is really well-built. I haven't had the need for customer service or support, but it comes with a 3 year warranty (!) including full replacement during the first year of operation. Bottom line--a solid investment that performs extremely well and is perfect for both our office environment and home use as a full-featured remote system.

Awesomely fast mini-PC power-house!
The IT-15 mini PC looks good in all-black which makes it inconspicuous. It has an Intel Core i9 CPU with 16 cores, 32GB RAM and a 2TB NVME drive. I had no problems at all during initial setup and connecting to Wifi during the Windows 11 setup and the activation process was straightforward, and once online it ran impressively fast. The amount of RAM memory (32GB) is sufficient for most of what I intend to do. Since this was one of the reasons I bought this PC I immediately installed and tried running some local online AI LLMs and it runs those reasonably well considering the resource demands when doing this and as expected CPU usage runs high, but the results from my prompts came through in a reasonable time. When sitting idle, the PC fan doesn't appear to be running or is inaudible, and when running under high CPU load the fan was heard to come on, but was not loud enough to be annoying but was just more of a background noise. Judging by my experience after a week or so I consider this an awesome powerhouse in a very small package! Installing and using the PC has so far been a positive experience and I believe it deserves a 5-star thumbs up! I will probably consider buying another one of these sometime soon...

Great replacement for laptops, economical
Very small footprint, extremely quiet, easy to set up, plenty of power, doesn't get hot. To make up for its few USB ports, I got 10-port powered USB hubs, and spares with 7 ports in case we need them. The monitors use HDMI. They're pretty much all I hoped for when I switched our small company from using laptops as primary machines. I did this switch mainly to get more monitor real estate. We're using the same small form keyboards (pardon the dust) that we did when using the laptops on stands. I've had them set up for a month. Need speakers or a monitor with a good speaker. As far as looks are concerned, they're so small, they're barely visible. Very happy with the whole setup; and it was much less expensive than a laptop with comparable stats.

Great little powerhouse Mini PC after configuring
This is a great little PC in a small package, but takes a bit of tweaking to get it running properly. PROs: Great small form factor PC, nice build quality and small footprint. Once configured correctly, it runs like a dream with my 3 screens - 2 x 32" Samsungs and 1 x 24" LG in portrait mode. I have not used it for gaming, but for streaming and dev work it runs amazingly well - no lag or difference from my old i7-13900k gaming machine. The file transfer speeds are insanely fast, and I have several USB hubs with many peripherals running without any issues. All in all, it's mindblowing how much computing power is in such a small box. CONs: There is a decent amount of configuration required to get it running seamlessly. First of all, the included HDMI cable would not connect to some of my displays, and the HDMI ports are fickle depending on the cables you are using. I ended up buying JSAUX and oldboytech cables from Amazon and I can confirm that both of those brands work, but several others I tried did not. Secondly, the default fan noise is really loud, even when it isn't under load. I had to go to the Geekom website and download a BIOS unlocker so that I could enter the BIOS and turn the thermal profile to quiet. Lastly, the out-of-the-box drivers are out of date and need updating in order to get things working properly. I use three screens and could not get them all to connect at the right resolution until I downloaded the latest Intel Arc drivers from Intel. Similarly with the wireless and bluetooth, they were finicky until I downloaded and installed the latest drivers. Conclusion: Don't get me wrong, this is a great little box, but it is not plug-and-play if you have specific setup requirements. That said, I would happily buy it again knowing what I know now, but it is the reason why it doesn't get a 5 star from me. I spent a good few hours of trial and error to get it running how I like it, but now I am very happy with it.

I have 3 monitors on mine. All work well for Linux mint 21 set up as dual boot and windows 11. All software and hardware drivers work flawlesly. Happy customer. I would buy this again. I tried support from GEEKOM twice. Their response was to send me an email suggesting I buy their merchandise. It turns out the wired ethernet works on the HP Arube switch, but not the D-link hub. Wifi performance is excellent.
