Read before buying!
Cons: First, note that the product description states very plainly that there is "no drain assembly included!!!" I did not notice this part when I purchased the item. I read MANY other parts of the page and product description, but somehow failed to notice that detail. When I realized I needed to purchase this separately, I looked back to the very same page where I had purchased my item to prove that "I'd been had and that they owed me a drain assembly"... and I realized that it was emblazened directly under "About this item." I had to buy them separately, increasing the cost of my bathroom remodel, some. For whatever reason that the drain assembly is not included, just be aware of what you are getting. This wasn't a pleasant surprise, even if it was my own fault for not reading clearly. Second, note the comments on hard water. Do not purchase if you have very hard water. At best, it will make your faucet look ugly. At worst, it will destroy it. Just don't do it! We have typical city water at my house, and after the first two months, the faucets still look great. We wipe them down to get the water marks off, but that just goes along with typical bathroom cleaning. Pros: Easy installation - I installed two of this product (antique bronze) with reasonable ease on my double vanity in the bathroom. I did not have any difficulty (as others have described) with tightening the bracket underneath. It is awkward trying to do this from inside a small vanity, but that same thing would be said for any faucet. All the fittings went together just fine, and I had no leaking. Great look - We love the waterfall faucet look, and the cost for this item was considerably cheaper than alternatives. Quality feel of operation - The feel of using this product is outstanding. This was an upgrade from the standard polished chrome bathroom faucet, and the weight of this product gives it such a nice feel when I turn it on and off. Good flow - The stream coming out of the faucet is not as strong as it was out of the old one. I think that just has to do with how it falls off instead of flowing under more pressure through a smaller orifice. However, I have no complaints about the stream. It does not splash or get me wet, as other reviewers have complained (I made zero adjustments to the inlet valve). It also is strong enough for anything I need to do. I have had no issues with it being a weak stream as others have complained about. It's just not as highly pressurized as the old faucet, but that's fine. Perhaps the individuals with the weak stream have some blockage inside the faucet? Nothing wrong with the product.

Nice looking replacement. Easy to install.
This is the first time I've ever undertaken something like this. I replaced a 3 hole run of the mill, "builders choice" Delta with this faucet. It took me twice as long (and a YouTube video) to figure out how to remove the old faucet than it did to put this one in. Beforehand, I was worried I would have to expand the center hole but that was not the case. Seriously.. Put the o ring around the base, hand tighten the cold and hot lines into the faucet, hand tighten the securing bolt into the faucet, set the cover plate down, insert your faucet (with lines and bolt attached) through the hole, go under the sink and put the brackets (platic first and then metal)on to the bottom of the securing bolt and tighten the nut to hold the faucet in place. Unscrew your old lines from the water valves and replace with your new lines. Adjust valves to reduce/eliminate noise from water. Voila! The faucet looks very nice and seems solid. I will certainly buy another to replace the second faucet in that bathroom now that I know it works and looks great. Update - I've replaced all 5 bathroom faucets in my house with these. They have worked great. Two of the five were a real pain to get adjusted to the right level to help eliminate noise and when they are/were close to fully open they will literally shoot water out of the sink the flow is so strong. My point is they all seem to be slightly different. The two newest ones I got didn't need any adjusting at the valve. and the noise is extremely minimal (no more than the old faucets), and they don't spray everywhere even with a very healthy flow. The bonus is that it's almost like getting a new instant water heater. With so much water coming through the faucet the water gets hot in less than a minute as compared to like 2.5 minutes with the old faucets. I had to buy longer hoses for 2 of the 5 faucets because the included hoses were not quite long enough. Frustrating but not a huge deal. Other than that, I'm still very happy with these. Next up is the kitchen faucet so we'll see how that goes.

Nice for the Price
We have a 1/4 bath for our guests that has a western motif. I wanted a faucet that fit that style. The competitor’s faucet cost 3 times what this faucet costs. I could bring myself to spend 60 bucks to replace a working faucet; but, not 160 bucks. It’s made in China so the customer is the quality assurance inspector. If you get a bad one it is up to you to deal with it. Mine came in good shape; with all the necessary parts. It seems well made and works just fine. However, as one reviewer remarked the water flow is very high. All you have to do to rectify this is turn down the on/off valves at the wall. I adjust mine for the proper flow and it works just fine. One thing to note (not sure why no-one has mentioned this) is the water line attachment to the faucet can only be tightened by hand. There is no way of getting a wrench inside the faucet to tighten the water supply line. The design has two “O’ rings for this attachment to allow hand tightening to work. I added some teflon tape, provided, to provide a slippery contact between the threads. Hopefully to get a tighter connection. It seems to have worked since I have no water leakage. The other end of the water supply line also has an “O” ring. So when tightening them do not tighten too tight or you can crush and distort the “O” ring making for a bad connection. Hopefully you have both English and metric wrenches. The faucet attaches to the sink with a 11 mm connecting nut. A small 11 mm combination wrench works best here because of limited space to work under the sink. The water supply lines connect to the shut off valves with a 5/16 in. open-ended wrench. Over all I am quite happy with the faucet. The installation wasn’t all that hard on a three hole porcelain free standing sink.
