They look great, and are incredibly smooth while reeling. The drag on both is very smooth, and both cast very well. I really appreciate the robust bale wire on the Ceymar reels. So far, these are outperforming my other reels. I’m using both of these for ultralight fishing, and wish I’d tried them out earlier- could have saved myself from buying the reels that these ultimately replaced. I would definitely recommend the 500 and 2000 Ceymar A reels as a first reel for ultralight fishing.
