This chair came exactly as described. I only had to install the footrest which was easy to do. Looks fantastic and works just as described. Incredible value for the money. Have already used it and my back feels better than it has in 2 weeks.

Easy to put together and easy to use Great Buy

I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and there's just a few things that I don't like. I hate the shoulder airbags I wish I could turn them off. The app didn't work at all for me it doesn't let me register. I'm 5'4 and the neck massager massages my head instead of neck because it's too high up. I wish it could be lowered. I like the foot massager. Overall it's very strong so I wouldn't use it for older people. Also wouldn't get it if you're over 250 lbs as it would be a tight fit. Good for the price.

I did not want to leave a low star review. I had some specific issues abd was not particularly happy with the massage chair. I am 6 foot 1 inch tall and the chair is not big enough. I have to uncomfortably squeeze down to try to get the shoulder and neck rollers into position. If I'm not squeezed down, my head leans off the top of the chair as the back is not tall enough to provide the support. While the foot/leg massage does extend, it doesn't stay in place so since it's not comfortable to constantly push it down, a tall person just ends up with knees bent. Also the foot rollers only cover half of my feet which is strange--I've had foot massage machine before so I know they are made to cover the entire foot. This review is one star because of my experience, but also because I contaced BOSSCARE via their support website with my Amazon order number and my concerns and I did not receive any reply. I would have loved to hear back from BOSSCARE and try to resolve my experience by as they did not provide any support, I have to make this a one star review.

The chair is comfy and hit all the right spots .

Easy assembly it does not do need on your back. It doesn’t tap on your back or beat on your back. It just goes up and down and massages it. It helps with sciatica with the nerves in your legs Great quality I will give it a 4.5
