This seems to help my eyes after laser surgery. I took flaxseed oil but still had dry eyes. Adding this with the flaxseed, my eyes are much better.

Works Starting The First Day

It is far too soon to see if there are beneficial effects on my blood sugar. I'm "trusting" the claims of this berry. Ask me in 3 months.

I started taking Maqui Berry about a week and a half ago and it has definitely made a difference. I feel more energetic which has helped me manage my busy life better. I also have been able to stay healthy when everyone else in the house has been sick with a spring cold. I am looking forward to the anti-aging benefits as I am middle age and feeling a little warn down. I was once told that the sign of a high quality supplement is no bad smell or taste and these meet that criteria. I don't smell or taste anything horrible when I take these. They are also a nice size, they aren't a big huge capsule that is hard to swallow.

This is a good supplement for additional nutritional supplements.
