Souvenirs for Shelby's b-day
I will give a 5 star because the kids loved them and it does keep the drinks cold.What really bother me though is the names, all written with small letters example Destiny was destiny. I order 5 and non of their names started with capital letters.To me that's a big mistake.

The handle didn’t hold up to my 5 year old but would gladly replace it if I knew the correct one to purchase.

Cute but disappointed
Update: Seller reached out immediately to address the issue and offered to send a new top to replace the broken one. Love the water bottle itself for my son, so really appreciate the prompt attention to the matter.Loved this water bottle for my son when it came in, but have been slowly disappointed ever since. The top where the straw is has already chipped and the handle broke on one side. My son hasn’t even had the water bottle a month and is requesting a new one because this one keeps coming apart.

Very Good Customer Service
We ordered 3 bottles which we had personalized with names to be given as gifts. Two of the bottles arrived damaged at the bottom. The customer service provided by this supplier was amazing. No questions were asked and they send us the new bottles which arrived with no damage. The bottles are of good quality. We have not tested them. They are very good to be given as gifts.

Have ordered many in the past 3 years.- sturdy and never leak.
I’ve ordered multiple times over the last few years for the kids. They don’t leak, they’re sturdy, I order the larger sizes now. I only wish they’d get more color choices… we have boys and have had most colors. Would love to see things like camo, olive, copper, orange, maybe some more designs like ninja, video game controller, football/basketball/baseball player, something suitable for 8-13 year old boys.

Don't purchase this item. Breaks easily
I received this order in April to give as a gift for my Grandson for Easter. Within one week, the handle came off on one side and not able to fix. I spent over 25.00 on a gift that only lasted 1 week. I requested to return and was denied. Not worth the money to purchase.
