No I don't think so due to its size. Its the type of memorial plaque you see at many graves alongside the main headstone. Id be careful though how /where you display the plaque to avoid damage from cemetery grass cutting. If its for a cremation garden where ashes are laid you may need permission as I think some of those plaques are displayed on a wall beside where ashes are laid by permission or on the area of ground purchased to lay ashes so I would check with council dept for that info. You may even get that type on info on the council website under cemeteries. Hope that helps
