I swear by this product!
I've been using this pumpkin powder for around 8 months now. I have a dachshund who has irregular toileting habits and regularly needed her anal glands emptying at the vets.I mix it with water to make the 'pummy gravy' as we call it, and my dog loves it even though she's a fussy kind of princess dog. Within a few days, her business was solid and regular and I didn't even think that it would help her glands, but she hasn't had to go to the vets to have them emptied since we started using this stuff. It lasts so long and it's amazing value for money! I 100% recommend!

Seems to work.
When our puppy had a bit of an upset tummy and subsequent runny poop we used chicken and rice. This helped for a while until she started eating around the rice (the part of that meal that would stabalise her poop) so we had to look for an alternative. I found this. I didn't know if regular pumpkin, as in a pie filling would be suitable for a pup but this says puppy friendly so we gave it a go. It comes in dry powder form so you mix (we used about a teaspoon) in cold water and add it to her usual dry food. To date it has worked a treat and seems to settle her stomach. She must also like the taste as she wolfs it down. Great.

An all natural product which works well
My elderly dog had been suffering on and off with diarrhoea. I had used Pro-Kolin and this had worked really well but after a while the problem would return. Pro-Kolin is expensive, too expensive to give my dog continuously, so I looked for a cheaper alternative. If possible, I wanted something natural and healthy which I could give her on a permanent basis. This product seemed to fit the bill. It is completely natural and it is easy to give the dog - simply mix it with food or mix with water to form a puree. I just sprinkled it in with her dog food which is a mixture of dried and tinned food. She appeared to like the taste and indeed licked the bowl clean. She has now been taking the powder for a couple of weeks and it has really improved the problem. I keep a pack of Pro-Kolin on standby in case it is needed but so far the pumpkin powder has been all that she needs. Highly recommended.

Does the job
My small Terrier used to get regular tummy upsets, before I started using this. I used to buy canned Pumpkin Pureé, however, only one supermarket sold it and it was frequently unavailable. When I spotted this I wasn't convinced it would work as well but daily use - just half a teaspoon - and she's not had a single runny poo in six months! As far as I'm concerned this is a fantastic result. I give her it daily in a Tbsp of Kefir and she loves it. My husband tasted it, he's like that, said it tasted very good! The dog certainly licks every morsel up.

Impossible to make puree out of this
Too early to tell if this helps to firm up stools but what I can tell you is that this does NOT form a puree at all!We have a Golden Retriever. We've followed the recommended guidance to the letter, added warm water to the powder and the consistency remains the same as orange water with bits of lumpy powder floating around in it.
