I’m convinced these are magical. They work! But DO NOT take on an empty stomach!!! It says that on the bottle, but I tend to not listen. Big mistake.

I was skeptical that these wouldn’t actually make a difference, but within a week of taking them, my skin cleared up really well! I have struggled with acne since stopping hormonal birth control a few years ago, and this supplement has helped tremendously. I have repurchased 3 or 4 times now and will continue to do so!

I went off of hormonal birth control at the end of 2023 and have since been struggling with my skin. Going to an aesthetician benefited my skin the most! However, I’m getting married this summer and was looking for something to just help give my skin the extra “boost” it needed to really flourish and clear up any residual acne. After watching videos and reading reviews I decided to give it a try. Initially I thought it was helping, however after the first month of taking it my skin seemed to be getting worse! I continued taking it as I read reviews saying it can cause a “purge” however by the third month it got so bad I had to stop. Not worth the cost or damage it creates to one’s self esteem in the process. See an esthetician, dermatologist, or take other supplements instead.

Finally something that is working for my daughter's acne! She has been taking it for about 5 days and we are seeing a difference. After trying so many different products. Don't be fooled into buying a knock off, they don't work!

I have used this product for two weeks and I like it. My skin is less angry, softer, no new breakouts and feels smoother. I typically can’t use many different products due to my sensitive skin. This has worked well with my system overall. I do not have any G.I. symptoms like upset stomach at all and I only take two pills per day. I would love to see how my skin does in the next few months! At least give it a try, I think it’s worth it!

Really has helped my hormonal acne. Currently 43 and has been significantly better. Also has a lot of ingredients I would take for skin for clarity. I combine this with dandelion tea and seeing great results.
