Saw something like this on a cook show and thought I would give it a try. AMAZING!! this thing did wonders on pork chops. Very tender and juicy as the should be (bbq'd by the way). I then tried it on a large Tri Tip. Used the tenderizer on both sides and let sit in marinade overnight. Put on bbq and once again, tender and juicy as I hoped it would turn out. Can't wait to try on another "different" piece of meat.

Very sturdy to a point where it gets very hard to use. You’ve to be very careful or it’ll cut your finger. Very hard to use because sometimes the knives doesn’t align with were the openings are so I have to manually hold it up so I can cut in a safe way but it hurts my hand. But over all it a very useful tool to tenderize your meat

This is a solid stainless steel Tenderizer. I have no used it as yet but the quality seems to be great. I like the size and how it is handled. I will update this once I have used it...

We used it once but have to say it is very sturdy. Feels very strong and easy to use when using and looks like real stainless steel, and bit pricier than other but worth it hopefully it stays working and washes well without an issue. must have tool for meat tenderizing

This is a great bit of kit it really tenderises the meat I would recommend this to anyone

J'aime : la réalisation tout inox et la solidité de construction J'apprécie beaucoup moins : la force à exercer pour enfoncer les dents dans la viande. Je comprends mieux pourquoi les modèles professionnels font usage d'aiguilles plus fines et dispose d'un système de manoeuvre à levier : l'effet levier permet d'augmenter la pression sur les aiguilles sans augmenter la force à exercer.

Also, ich hab mir das Teil mal bestellt weil ich neugierig war ob es meinen Erwartungen gerecht wird!! Als erstes habe ich Hähnchenbrust damit bearbeitet , da ich keine Erfahrung mit Steakern hatte , habe ich mal systematisch das Fleisch damit bearbeitet ( bitte nur eine dafür geeigneten Unterlage benutzen ) Dann gewürzt , paniert und gebraten. Einfach genial, Fleisch zart, so hatte ich es noch nie einfach lecker!! Nackensteak ebenfalls, einfach Super. Aber Vorsicht wenn zu oft zugestochen wird hat man nur noch Fleischfetzen, denn die Klingen sind echt scharf . Das gilt für jedes Fleisch. Für mich besser als jeder Fleischklopfer, und wesentlich leiser!! Am besten selber ausprobieren! Ist stabil, leicht zu bedienen und gut zu reinigen .Habe den kauf nicht bereut!! Und Nein ich werde nicht gesponsert, sondern schreibe meine Erfahrungen mit diesem Fleischzartmacher, weil vom Fleischklopfen dieses laute Geräusch echt nervt !!
