Amazing product! Purchased this for my sister and I. She uses a knee sleeve that she always pulls up (keeps sliding down). Size and the fit is great since it's adjustable. Gives my knee full support and both my sister and I are happy that the pain when walking has decreased or in most cases, gone. For its price, it is a great buy!

Misjudged the distance from the curb to the street and came down hard on my right foot which resulted in pain up my leg. A few months later, my knee felt like it was hyperextending when I walked. Had to use a cane for support and curtail 90% of my walking. Am slowly getting better but the hyperextension feeling isn't going away. My daughter said her friends recommended this type of knee strap/brace so I figured I could always return it if it didn't do the job.Well, it really works...not perfectly, but well enough that I can walk without that hyperextension feeling. To look at it, you wouldn't think this thing could do anything beneficial but I can tell you it -does- let me walk with 90% pain relief. I do get an occasional twinge but, if this strap lets me eliminate the need for surgery, I'm buying some spares.Bottom line: It not expensive, it's well-made, and it works.

8/2025: My first pair purchased in 3/2021 is still in my daily use rotation. I have a number of these same units now.For daily use for working, shopping I wear them as a loose-ish fit for 7-12 hours per day. Worn this way, they give enough support without cutting off circulation or chafing.I have found it best a snug fit should be for only a short period of time, but that really, they NOT be worn too snug. I do prefer the gel pad units as it puts some distance between the brace material and your leg/skin for reducing chafing potential.As someone that has had and worn knee braces for years (over many decades) I REALLY appreciate the 1) the lack of weight, 2) lack of warmth/sweat, 3) the freedom because it has been so effective.Since using these DAILY for the past four years, I have only worn the full articulated knee braces (the Muller or the McDavid's) on two occasions.

Maybe these would work for someone else, but didn't help my knee, or the pain, at all. I loved that they were so small, and adjustable, they just didn't help. Returned and got my money back.

Works. Great at the little aches and pains around knees.

These seem to provide great knee support. I use them to prevent injury as I am a senior doing zumba at an energetic level several times a week. They are very durable and easy to adjust.

I've ordered these for the knees, as well as elbows. They really do help relieve some pain. Adjustability is really helpful feature. My only problem is I keep misplacing them. Really helpful on the bad knee days.
