Packaging was lousy. Was put in a paper envelope. The box was completely smashed broke down. The teas were intact which was a good thing. The tea is good for health and taste good. Can also add a little milk if you like it that way.

I’ve really enjoyed this tea brand. Problem is that the last two orders were screwed up because of them. 1. They keep shipping these goods in envelopes. It’s a thin weak box of tea! 2. The packaging of the tea bags are not being quality controlled at all. The production sealing is shifting with the machine and they’re overlooking it. Something needs to change or I won’t be buying anymore from them.
