Very healthy and if you make a tea better to cut them in order to get all of the flavour and nutrients.

I'm on the fence with these not sure about the quality odd smell but it looks so shiny I'm suspecting they uses something to polish it. It is dry no moisture but I'm hesitant to use it in any dishes or have it by itself because of that sligh oily shine which gives it a bad taste

Delicious and not too sweet. A lovely snack with a cup of tea. They have a nice chewy texture. Not a squishy texture like medjool dates. Not too dry or stringy either like some dried dates. Lovely red colour outside and mellow cream colour inside. There is a small pit / stone in the centre of each date. Good value for money.

These are giant dates. Not the regular sized ones.

Nice taste.
