Great baking dish with lid.

I bought this to try to replace an old 2 quart dish with no lid. This was smaller, thinner and shallower than my old dish. Seems odd. It was inexpensive, and the lid does fit onto it, but it's a tight squeeze. Good if you're traveling with your food. I think I'll opt to spend more.

This dish is a good size for leftovers--not too big, not too small--and having a lid is a bonus.

I love Pyrex baking dishes and their lids. The lids are taller so they do not get full of the food in the dish. The lids fit tight and help to keep your food fresher. I would recommend them as they are very versatile and durable.
