I'm only 5' tall and I got the penguin costume in a small. It's not long enough to cover all my skin and touch a pair of crew socks. I will have to wear long socks to keep all of my skin covered. It's big and baggy like i expected it to be, just shorter than expected. NOTHING is ever too short for me.
