The item does not look like in the pictures. It is shown as though the cover is included, but it's not. However the foam itself is as promised. I bought the 1 inch Soft latex. Feels exactly like memory foam. The material is good. Definitely transformed my hard mattress. If you're weight is above 50 kg (each) would recommend 2 inch thickness, else it's ineffective. I'm half minded to exchange my 1 inch with 2, however am concerned with the price. For 6k, I could as easily buy a brand new mattress. Price tag is not making sense. If 1 inch is enough for your situation, then go ahead. I'd recommend purchasing a new mattress if you need a 2 inch mattress-topper.

There are several issues with this product. I had ordered 75*60*2 inch size,but I was received 72*58*2" size (and the side didn't enlarged even after 4 days). Although seller wrote the right size with marker but sent a wrong size. Also the quality of mattress is not good, as I was expected. I ordered medium firm but I received too soft mattress. It gets sink into the bed even if you put your hands on it, which makes it very difficult to make toss and turns over it. Also, The outer box of product was torn at many places at the time of delivery, when I asked to deliver staff about this, he said me "to make a video of this, before opening the package, So I did the same. Although inner packaging was seems to be alright as it was vaccum packed, but when I opened the seal I found mattress cover was appears to be dirty and not clean.
