It met my expectations & I am satisfied with the product.

I make most of my meals at home to save money and for the health benefits of knowing the source of my ingredients. This mustard has a slight kick to it, and it is very flavorful. Furthermore, from what I have read researching this type of mustard strain, it seems to be the healthiest of this plant species.

Fresh enough to sprout in soil. Much cheaper than a seed packet. Good flavor as well. All around good for garden and spice rack.

The product inside the container is fresh and exactly as expected. Luckily they wrap them with saran wrap because the container is not air proof. Not even close. The container does not close completely and the spice will lose flavor fast if you dont transfer into an air tight container.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Used in the past to make homemade mustard,

Sprouted well, front left jar, fourth day after an initial 24 hour soak, 3 Tbs start. Rani mung, urad, and moth also sprout well(I sprout a mix of the three.)

Just what I wanted to make make spicy dill pickles. Great value, fresh, quality, and flavor was what I needed to complete my pickling brine.
