Since I bought mine it on Amazon, I have bought 2 more units for my friends who wanted the same thing. I have also recommended it for others. The Seller should be sending me referrals (LAUGH OUT LOUD). I love the product.

This is a great product to help with balance and circulation. Feels like a sturdy product!

Just got it today. Was easy to assemble. It really moves. Love it so far.

From the reviews that I read prior to purchasing I thought that I picked the perfect machine. It was delivered by UPS partially opened. Upon further review, it was not them as the packaging was replacement, meaning this was a reship. It started out fairly easy to assemble but then I had to attach the upper handles and but the lower bars were missing two bolt/screws and their washers in addition to rubber covering being placed too low and covering the holes on the upper. Reached out to both Amazon and the vendor Pyle for assistance. Amazon provided me with a credit to purchase the missing hardware. They originally offered to have it returned but I declined as that would have meant to re-package an already damaged box and wait an additional 2-3 weeks plus for another item to be shipped since it will not re-ship until received back. I contacted Pyle about altering the rubber to ensure that it would not void manufacture's limited warranty and received a response several days later that it was okay. I then attached the center podium that would have the read-out face resting on it...that was not easy as the instructions are not clear on the cable plus you have to manually thread the cable but also attached it with a clip at the top to keep it from falling. This is a two-person set-up!!! After trimming the rubber down and attaching the upper handles to the base I then attached the handles to the center podium, also damaged as they would not lay flush because metal was bent in. Connected the lower feed cables to the cable in the center and then to the monitor and secured the monitor to the stand. Powered the machine, came on but does not read any of the BMI/Auto metrics or programs that should have been fed through the touchpoints on both handles. Removed console twice trying to ensure all were connected and secure but still does not work. Only thing that works is the speed and time, not worth the $249 spent.
