A great looking lamp and easy to assemble!Assembly tips anyone struggling a bit when putting it together:Make sure you follow the instructions! Each pole piece screws together securely, threading the wire through to the top. The top pole will then just have a bit of wire sticking out. Then you have the two metal rings, long bulb, and shade. One ring that is shaped like a shuttlecock is for the bottom of the shade, note which way it goes on the diagram. Pop it over the top pole. It won’t be secure at this stage — don’t worry, it’s not meant to be yet!Then attach the wire to the corresponding hole in the bottom of the long bulb. The bulb now screws securely in to the top pole and secures the metal bit for the shade. Now the fun part! Unfurl the shade. You will see the little plastic hooks at the sides of the shade — these attach, top and bottom to the metal rings! (So the shade is rolled up the the opposite way to how it will go on the lamp! Maybe on purpose, to confuse people!) 😊Unroll the shade and use the attached tiny clips to snap it in place to the top and bottom ring. Then just close it using the Velcro. And voilà! All finished. Insert a battery into the remote (plus side up) and you’re good to go! The remote is easy to open, just unscrew it and tip it over and the battery lid drops out. I hope that helps someone!Verdict: It’s a great lamp! Very quick to assemble, completely sturdy, and looks brilliant. The remote is also really useful to easily change the lighting. and It brightens up a corner of my room a treat!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this standing lamp for two months now, and I’m really happy with it, use it every night. It’s sturdy and doesn’t wobble at all. The brightness is perfect—not too harsh and not too dim. It was super easy to put together, and the switch is simple to use. Definitely a great addition to my room!

Probably the best lamp I've ever owned, although this is my first floor lamp. It's good, assembly started easy, assemble the stand first. Then grab the lights and stick those together, and then comes the tricky bit, where you put on this sort of holding frame (It's circular) which for some reason only has one screwy bit to fix it in place, meaning whichever one isn't fitted, may fall off. That is fixed when you add the lamp shade which you fold around the circle frame, with these slide in bits on the shade. Then you have to put that into the stand and wire through the bottom, and it's done. It's very tall though, much taller than expected. Do not use this as a desk lamp. I sat mine on two boxes on the floor so it would reach farther into the room.As for the controls, it's good. Warm and light setting, brightness settings, a timer, a night time mode. It's decent. The only thing I can flaw here is the fact the lamp has no manual control. I don't know why this has to be remote only. It comes with two batteries but you only need one inside. I would have liked to have seen an improvement on this front, like a remove with a simple on off button, or just a bigger on off button in general, this way for people like me who use this as the only bedroom light, can simply press it to turn it off. I find it kind of inaccessible to press a small button each night.Nice feature of the lamp though is it fades on and off when you turn it on or off. It's not a violent split second on or off thing. It's a nice touch. It's very bright. I can recommend it to an extent. For a room this is good.Also if anyone made the mistake I did although I don't mind, I bought this thinking it was cube shaped. It ended up being tube shaped, but it still looks fine.

Although aesthetically on the dull side I have been impressed with these from a design standpoint. Assembly takes only a few minutes and requires no tools. There are half a dozen settings from bright to warm light, a similar number of brightness intensity settings, a nightlight setting, a 1 hour timer setting, the remote control is magnetic so can be stuck to the lamp stem or other metal surface, you even get a spare battery for the remote. With a small footprint they can be tucked unobtrusively in cornersor behind a chair/sofa.We looked at and dismissed countless other lamps, many far more expensive than these, and in the end figured they were cheap so if they didn't last it was no big deal and if we didn't like them we could send them back but they have turned out to be an absolute bargain.

Perfect for a small space, adds a really beautiful light to the corner of the room.For the price I was pleasantly surprised, very sturdy, the shade looks like a lovely linen and more expensive than it was.Prefer the warmest light which adds a super cosy feel to the room in the evnings, but sometimes use the cooler one on a dark day so simulate a bit of bright sunlight.
