We went through many replacement remotes before this one. It works so well compared to other models of remotes. I deducted 1 star because the Disney+ button doesn’t work.

Replacement but many not refurbished

Somehow my house looses controllers frequently. This remote feels lighter than my original and the hold feature does not work as the original. Other than that I works great. The shortcut buttons all work. Value for money is good. Curious why its refurbished but does not have all feature or weight of original controller. Con: button works as a single click. Hold does not work. I.e. forwarding a movie, you need to click click click click till you get where you want to be.
