Wrong item ordered
Be careful to order the correct item as this didn't fit my hood. I think ther are two different sizes depending on when you purchased hood. My hood was bought in 2019. I think it's the older model. I'm sure this would be perfect for the newer model

Wrong product sent, emails ignored.
I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered the filters that are supposed to be compatible with my oven but they do not fit. I emailed the company 4x and received what appear to be copied & pasted replies, all ensuring somebody would be in touch to sort it out ASAP. I’ve heard nothing since. Truly appalling customer service and I’m stuck with an erroneous product and out of pocket. Dreadful.

Does not come with instructions
They work great bad thing is they don't come with instructions where to put them.and the extraction fan just shows you where to put one of them luckily I watch a few vid on YouTube about this and soon got it sorted so best do your homework before buying
