The oil is thick and luxuriant with a wonderful smell. It’s better to warm it a bit to liquidise it enough to be able to work with it. There was a problem with the first size of product and the seller was very kind allowing me to use the oil meanwhile I waited for the correct size of product to be delivered which happened in a matter of a few days. Very professional and efficient. Very satisfied both with the high quality of the product and the customer service.

This oil is incredibly thick, as it has a resinous base. Just put the bottle in a cup with hot water for a few minutes and it will turn liquid enough to be poured out. Always mix it into a carrier oil such as grape seed, sweet almond or jojoba oil before using. It has powerful properties for skin healing, and it acts as a fixating agent for perfumes (I added it to cold process soap, with other essential oils). The smell is lovely, warm and spicy, vanilla -y like.

I have purchased this brand many times and it is my favorite! Great quality, scent and my clients love it.
