The grey ones give a lovely feel of resistance on the thumb stick.. Aiming has vastly improved.. I just use the one on the aim stick.. Its not needed on the look stick, in my opinion.. I highly recommend these.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Work just fine. *by V***R on 22 June 2023* These have made a definite difference in my FPS gaming experience in conjunction with a set of thumb stick risers. I am not top of the COD leader boards yet but I am definitely getting more "kills" and getting more fun out of gaming. I am 60 so my reflexes are not as fast as a teenage Warzone sweat but I am not getting my butt kicked as often, even against Scuff controller trolls. Takes a short time to get used to and you with have to set your controller settings accordingly but they make a positive difference to me.
