This is one of these best looking shredder figures you an get right now. The classic toy variants from playmates never made the shredder look imposing to the turtles. This figure is based on the IDW comic version of Shredder and is accurate to the comic style and look. The figure actually makes Shredder look distinct and you can picture this guy being a threat to the ninja turtles. The figure itself has great articulation and perfect accessories. The Shredder head is imposing but it also comes with a mask less variant that looks just as good. The only other Shredder figure out there right now that i would say looks better then this one would be the shredder in hell variant that is the exact same but with slightly muted colors.

Hard to believe it took so long to get figures based on the IDW version. Some of the joints are a little sticky. Great detail and accessories.

A lot of articulations and accessories perfect for a kid with great imagination

This is a good figure, don't get me wrong. But it's not without issues and that seems to be the trend for BST AXN. I recently purchased the 4 IDW turtles and got this to go along with them. They all had some quality control issues whether it's missing paint, paint where it shouldn't be or loose joints/limbs. Shredder appears to be no different. A great looking figure with limited articulation. He has no abdominal crunch. You can twist the waist and bend the top of the chest back a bit but this dude will never see his own feet. My left knee was also very loose. And there's a visible gap between the shoulder and bicep. That said, he looks good once posed. He could've benefited from drop down hips maybe too because he can't really kick that high. For what it costs, I think it's a good figure. But any more than $20 and you're pushing it.

This Shredder looks great, but the legs are very hard to move. Then, when my son was playing with all of his TMNT toys, the legs kept popping off of Shredder and finally the ball snapped off when we were trying to pop it back in, breaking the toy completely. It’s the best looking toy for the price, but not very durable.

Awesome details love posing awesome action figure overall

It's a very nice figure but not for children. Should be listed as a display figure for adults, or the hips need to be upgraded by the manufacturer. The hip joints are terrible and the legs keep coming off. If this is how all their toy figures are, I would avoid buying them for children.
