I always love these pillows. Great quality and reliable comfort.

These pillows were on our bed at the Drover in Ft Worth and they were so comfortable. I checked out the pillows and ordered them so we would have them when we returned from vacation. I got on line and found them at Amazon. They are so comfortable. I was looking to replace all our old pillows but hadn’t made up my mind until we slept on them at the Drover. By the way I also recommend the Drover.

Although the pillows I ordered turned out to be a bit too soft for me, Sobel Westex's customer service was extremely helpful in resolving my concern. There was absolutely nothing wrong with these pillows, just a personal choice. I would use this company again without question.

I am unhappy that Sobel does not offer free returns, especially when making an exchange. Pillows are a very personal choice and it's difficult to tell if you will like it without feeling the pillow. Just like shoes or even mattresses, there should be free returns. Read the return policy carefully. Even though I did not like the two pillows, I could not even exchange for free. Consequently, I learned that it is very expensive to ship pillows anywhere.

I ordered this pillow thinking it was the same pillow used at the casino. Unfortunately it isn’t the same pillow. It’s to soft and doesn’t really support my head and neck.

Love this product. Best sleep at home. Highly recommend. Just fluff as you need to.

Used these pillows at a hotel in Vegas. Had to take the case off and see what they were. Ordered them on the spot! So excited when they arrived. Packed without air so no huge box. Let them sit out (so hard to do because I really was wanting to use them ) 24 hrs as instructed. Perfect!
