**Q: Ive only had this lock 3 months now it doesn't lock or unlock,  ive just managed to unlock my bike after an hour of trying. How do i get a replacement**
A: Try graphite spray its what should be used for locks not regular wd40 if not found there are specific dry sprays for locks( there also is a special wd40 version for locks) . Failing any thing else use a wooden pencil(the lead is graphite)to rub on the key i learned from a lock smith

**Q: Anyone know if this works with a Xiaomi M365 electric scooter? Is it slim enough to fit through the wheels?**
A: its very short but as thick as a normal u lock

**Q: Advertised on website as Gold secure but comes with a silver secure sticker? Any explanations?**
A: I'd guess you've been sent the wrong one.  The new-u version has the C shaped scoops at the ends of the shackle and they are visible coming through the orange crossbar   if they're not then you have the older silver rated version.
