I really love this Truss product — it performs beautifully and has been a favorite of mine for a long time. Unfortunately, the packaging and condition of the item when it arrives have been very disappointing. Many of my recent orders have arrived spilled, poorly packed, or damaged, and lately, the bottles don’t even look new. The packaging feels careless, and the product often looks like it’s been handled or tossed around before shipping.
