I bought an XL and I'm 6 ft 215, sturdy. I found the XL hoody was too tight at the armpits so I had to go to an 2XL, if your leaner bo problem, but if your huskier with bigger arms and wider chest you need a 2XL or bigger if your bigger. Great design, material and soft not too thin or top thick, best when it's cool outside
