love it !!!! i buy journals like this a LOT + get through about 4 or so in a year (depending on how much i yap). i currently have a stack of maybe 12 journals in my wardrobe (all full), and each one is a different colour + brand, so i’ve definitely tested my fair share of them, and i can assuredly say that this is one of the best i’ve had! the paper is lovely and thick (it would take a LOT to bleed through), the colour is GORGEOUS (i chose “berry”, which looks so vibrant + rich), and when you take into account the size too, it is definitely worth the price! i’d 100% buy from this brand again + look forward to trying another colour ☺️☺️

Nice little red sketchbook. Will fit well into even a fairly tiny handbag! I've ripped off the plastic it arrives in, and am now trying to find time to christen it. I love the colour too - it'll match some of my clothes. Of course that's not important really, but it's a bit of fun. Maybe I'll try a different colour next time, possibly pale blue. Or yellow. It's great that there's a good choice of colours for the covers. Another little bit of fun! Paper is possibly a little smoother than I'm used to, but I think it'll be better for drawing in biro or uni pin Fine Line pens than my other small sketchbooks.

I'm always so impressed with the quality of this brand. This pocket book in particular is right up there with the A6 pocket sized book from Leuchtturm. It's sturdy, has a nice weight to it and the paper can take watercolour and inks very well. I also like how it's very thick with lots of pages. Will always buy again

A reasonably priced and very good quality product, both the outer casing and the paper within are excellent. Very pleased with this purchase, well worth the money.

Small but handy

first time buying this particular size of the art creation sketchbook. Fits nicely in my purse with a pentel pocket brush clipped to it. Stickers adhere well to the outside, and the cover resists smudges from being tossed around my bag. The paper takes pretty much all dry media well (a little too smooth for chalk pastels) and works nicely with gouache, acrylic and light washes of watercolor.

For a sketchbook, I thought that this was really small, but my niece said it was exactly what she wanted... small enough to fit in a backpack or a purse when an idea struck her and she wanted to capture it. She loved it! Check your dimensions, though, to make sure that it is the size that you would like.

The Talens Art Creation Sketchbook is a sweet little volume for thoughts and art. I found out about this product from another artist, and I'm glad a found one. Now just to start drawing and painting my thoughts in my own Little Red Book with a nod to Burt Bacharach's song.
