Had this phone for over a year now and it has been through A LOT. Still it works perfectly.

This phone will not stay on wifi and now, after almost a month of dealing with that, it no longer get data either. there is an x in the spot where LTE usually is. I am going back to total wireless. I'd rather have to pay for phone service.

So had to return the phone because it didn't work with our cell carrier Verizon. Had purchased for my husband and we were impressed with the quality of the phone. It was exactly as described except the carrier part. Nice phone.

I'm an android user.. I have purchased brands that cost much more than they are worth.. This phone is amazing.. Easy set up from your old device. The feel of the phone is great. Very durable for anyone that uses their phone a lot. Well worth the price I won't go back to the "name brand" androids.

Phone only worked for 1 week and it shut down cant get it to power on

Does not support all carriers,the phone refused to see my Sim card, until I upgraded my sim,I had an old sim.

Phone always locked up , customer service has been no help what's so ever. Th exact you get that you pay for is definitely true with this phone. Calls don't always make it through , texts messages have a long delay before sending regardless if you're in a network or wifi . Restarting phone helps sometimes but always resends all previous messages again. Performance is what is more important to me and is definitely a short coming of this phone. Camera isn't that great either or even as advertised. Battery life is the only plus in the phone model.
