## Description

Lightly textured with finger grooves for an ergonomic grip, the Vive hand exercise egg set includes four squishy eggs for building hand and grip strength, improving dexterity and relieving stiffness, tension and stress. The hand strength trainer set provides four levels of resistance for progressive occupational and physical therapy, color-coded from light to dark blue for easy identification. Made with a resilient composite material, each egg is sized to fit comfortably in the hand, is easy to clean and is easily portable for use at the office, at school and on the go. Improve Grip Strength: Providing a simple way to increase hand strength, the Vive hand exercise egg set is ideal for those with a weak grip, arthritis and stiffness in the fingers, hand and wrist. The grip strength trainer set is great for physical and occupational therapy, stimulating circulation, improving flexibility and strength by squeezing, pinching, rolling and stretching to relieve joint pain. Squeeze Away Stress: Perfect for relieving tension and warding off boredom, the hand exercise eggs act as stress balls promoting calm and lessening anxiety and stress. The hand egg set is ideal as a quiet sensory outlet for ADHD and autism, in the classroom, in the office and at home. Four Resistance Levels: Color-coded for easy identification, the Vive hand exercise egg set includes four squishy hand eggs in soft, medium, firm and extra firm. The progressive resistance levels make the set ideal for therapy and interval training. Perfectly Sized to Fit Your Hand: Featuring finger grips for a nonslip hold, each exercise egg is sized at 3.5” by 2.5” by 2” for a comfortable fit in the hands of both men and women. The squishy stress relief eggs are made with a solid, tear-resistant thermoplastic elastomer that is skin-safe, odorless and easy to clean as needed. What’s Included: Vive Hand Exercise Eggs - Set of Four

Review: Sized for Large Hands - This is an excellent option for men because the volume is a little over twice most of the other grip strengthening products; it doesn't disappear in your hand, and you can work your whole hand at once as compared to half to three fingers. The four different colors are sensibly coded for firmness (darker is firmer), and the variation of firmness is very appropriate for athletes. I expect this gel material to last a long time as compared to the fabric covered balls which I've found to split open after three to 12 months of intense use. I'm very pleased, and I don't say that often.
Review: Great for hand therapy and strength increases - They’re a great size to hold. Other hand squeeze objects are too small.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for hand therapy and strength increases
*by C***T on 1 December 2024*

They’re a great size to hold. Other hand squeeze objects are too small.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Largest, firmest, and most expensive eggs on the market!
*by P***. on 18 June 2024*

I used this product to help with Tennis elbow recovery. These are the largest eggs you c5ab find on the market. They are somewhere bwtween a Turkey and a Goose egg. They are made of the usual TP material. I have similar products that have held up well so I expect the same of these. The main issue is that they are firm! The softest egg is okay; the second softest is almost the same as the firmest eggs of other brands; the two firmer eggs are off the charts! They are still squishy, but they are tough (and a bit large, but that's okay) for an adult male to squeeze to any meaningful level. I wish they came in a three-pack, removing the firmest one, and that they were better priced. As it is, they are the largest, firmest, and most expensive eggs on the market.
