Order arrived within 48 hrs of ordering as per time slot notified previous day with a notification of 30 minutes before delivery. A two men team delivered the large heavy package to a convenient position to allow unpacking of contents. Some small holes in the cardboard were noted. On unpacking of components, loose papers comprising a personally addressed letter from Unicorn Global Resources LTD Thanking for purchase. Three stapled together A4 sheets of 24 in number coloured pictorial only instruction aids, with no written text. A lose smaller piece of paper with a QR code were found. This code provided a U Tube video aid to assembly via a smart phone. This was confusing as the video although showing all fittings and components in suggested order of assembly did not match entirely with the component I had unpacked. Another set of similar A4 papers stapled together as the first was found loose in the packing. This one had another QR code on the A4 paper adjacent to the coloured photos. This produces another video that matched exactly to the components I had unpacked. This was possibly due to minor modifications made to the sofa/bed. Construction singlehanded was straight forward and completed in approximately one hour. I am very happy with the quality and how easy the transfer from settee to sofa bed and visa versa is. It is very strong and represent good value for money. It is comfortable to sit on of a good size. Its comfort to sleep on is yet to be assessed but I am confident that as an occasional requirement it should be a very satisfactory useful addition. I would suggest that as I experienced some problems with order of bed clothing with this order. ( not supplied by the same company who supply the sofa/bed). Obtain those articles separately. The Sales managers of Unicorn Global Resources Ltd are extremely helpful. I am extremely happy with the purchase.

Bought the sofabed for our spare room and it looks stylish and is very sturdy. (see photo). Had some issues with delivery as delivery man said it was doorstep delivery only. When I complained that I paid £50 for delivery and thought it was going to be taken up 12 stairs to my flat and into the bedroom he relented and managed to get it to the top of the stairs (but not into the flat). There really should have been 2 delivery men for a 45kg package. I (64yrs old), then dragged it into the flat and into the spare room. Set up instructions were simple and easy to follow, which I did myself. When set up as a sofa, the seat cushion is quite hard, so wouldn't want to sit on it for too long. (I've now covered it with a fur throw). I haven't used it as a bed yet, but as the cushion is quite firm, I will buy a mattress topper for when it is used to make it softer. The sofa does look stylish and it is very sturdy and easy to change from a sofa to a bed. I like the storage area where I have put the duvet and pillows whilst not in use. Only used one cushion as didn't really want to have the one that said 'Autumn Sale' on it???

Easy to assemble. Looks very stylish. Nice shade of grey. Very sturdy and cushions very thick and comfortable. Great functionality used every night. Easy to pull out and night and slide away in the morning. Value for money. Great useful item for any home.

Item was delivered in good time and secure well packed. Easy to assemble and convert from sofa to bed. Got this for grandkids stop over with no complaints. Good solid frame and materia. Storage underneath is a bit tight if you want to store a double duvet and pillows depending on the tog. But overall good solid product.

The sofabed is strong and sturdy. Two people can sleep without no problem. Easy to fold to sofa which looks good in the room as it has this contemporary design about it. There is also a handy storage to put a pillow and duvet whenever required. Highly recommend and well worth the money.
