Tabletop Fountain Water Falling Rocks and Leaves

This is the best tabletop water fountain I've ever owned, so far so good. Everything came preassembled; I just added the water and plugged it in. I love the revolving crystal ball, soo cute and fun.

It's cute. My cats love it, but a little louder than I had hoped. Too distracting for my liking.

it worked well until i found it leaked. i don't know where. i unplugged it and left it for few days with water in, water stayed in the reservoir. i plugged the power back in, then it worked for few days and stayed dry, then started leaking.. leaking... leaking faster...faster..... until i unplugged the power of the pump....really frustrated.... i'm very sad.

I was in love with this fountain, although I wished there was a way to turn the lights on and off (I usually just tuck it away when I don't want it). Now, however, I have had it off for about a week for the holiday, nothing was amiss. Got halfway through the day before I noticed the puddle forming. I so far cannot even tell where the leak is actually coming from, as it seems to be a slow occurrence and the bottom is too wet now to really pinpoint.

The fountain is beautiful and came exactly as expected. However, I received the glass ball broken (at no fault of the seller) can this be replaced without returning the entire fountain?

Love this little fountain, but it didn't come with a ball?
