As you can see by the photo’s I’ve added that it does have material on the inside of the support so the straps don’t punch your sling when it is done up.Hope this helps. Not expensive and certainly does not look cheap or feel cheap very pleased with this

I'm healing from post infection nerve damage. & was looking for a splint brace that kept my knuckles free (other braces were rubbing & uncomfortable around my knuckles after a couple of months) I've worn this for 24hrs & am so pleased with it I've ordered a black one. It's supportive, adjustable and great value.

These wrist support aren't bad and feel quite well made, but unfortunately the velcro fastening is very weak and doesn't quite fully attach to the wrist end and keeps coming undone. I suppose you get what you pay for.
