Lovely and easy to use! I had an enameled cook ware set years ago and ruined it with burnt food and scratches trying to get it cleaned. It also chipped really bad. This Dutch oven is a whole 'nother type of pan. It is made of cast iron with enamel on the inside and on the outside. It is very heavy so I don't think I will use the little triangular hot pads that came with it. They are meant to go over the handles but mine seem a little small. I have some mitts with silicone on them that grips the pan much better. The enamel lining works really good to get any stuck on food off. The instructions said to use a nylon brush and nylon scrapper and that worked really well. The pan holds heat really well with even heating. It is oven safe so perfect for "finishing in the oven" when needed. The instructions also said not to slide it on the stove top so I am careful to lift it if needed. I bought this item in a bundle with a black cast on pot with a skillet lid. Food sticks to the black cast iron really bad and we had to scrub it a lot and re-season it afterwards. Not with this pan, it scrubbed up beautifully. I want another small enameled cast iron pan and they are hard to find as most of them are much larger, like 7 qts. Some are enameled only on the outside too. I am very impressed with the enameled interior and will keep looking for a fry pan similar to this Dutch oven.

I can’t lie, when I started watching Meghan Markle’s new show on Netflix, I was oogling over the beautiful cast iron pan that she used to make focaccia. This looks just like the one she uses. I’m sure she uses one of the more French brands, however, this pan does the trick at a fraction of the cost. The weight of the item is just about as heavy as you can expect for a cast-iron skillet. As long as you hand wash and don’t place this in the dishwasher, you should have no issues with the enamel. As long as you follow the directions for use on heat distribution to the pan, this pan should give a nice even cook. We used it to cook hamburgers on a medium heat and they turned out wonderful, no sticking to the pan. There were also directions included on how to use oil with the pan and how to properly wash to ensure the pan doesn’t crack. I couldn’t be the price, so I had to try it. Will be making bread in it next. It is a very versatile pan.

Have this to my sister for Christmas and she hasn’t stopped using it! Great quality, can be used for many things! Makes cooking so much easier and cleaning is super easy!

These are absolutely wonderful pans. Heat is evenly distributed and clean up is easy. And oh so much less expensive than the name brand. Delivery was prompt and in good condition. These will remain on our cooktop for daily use.

Perfect gift! My daughter is just starting to cook so I bought her this for Christmas. It is the best size and she loves it. It is a great starter dutch oven at a great price point.

It's beautiful, I keep it on my stove. It cooks took very well, tender meats, great for simmering tasty meal. Easy to clean, nonstick abilities.

I found 4 punctures/chipped flaws on arrival, which makes me question the quality. I will return it and order another and edit the review if the new product is better.
