I bought this to replace one that was not printing very well this one is great easy to install and prints dark.

Buyer Beware
The description says it has USB, Serial and Ethernet interfaces. If you need ethernet this printer does not support it. Only has Usb and Serial. Excellent printer just a less than knowledgeable seller.

My refund
I return the snb BTP printer and still cannot get my refund;

No Ethernet port
We bought this printer as said it suppose to have Ethernet interface. But as you can see from the photos it does not have Ethernet port.!!!! As you can read from description, conforming that this model suppose to be a replacement of old model by adding a new Ethernet interface card. The product came with same model number that come with Ethernet option. It the printer it self pho’s icky does not came with Ethernet cord. I do not recommended this product.
