This is a light foam material, there is no wire or anything to help with shaping. It comes folded up and wrinkled. It fit my head well and looks great in pictures.

Arrived crumpled. Not used. Can't say much more.

I like that this didn't look cheap and cheesy, I had already ordered a couple of others and sent them back! Good quality and classy looking!

Ended up returning due to the lack of structure and poor quality. Had another 12 pack of hats we had purchased for decorations only that ended up being better quality and utilized those instead.
