I used this product for over a week and it does not work for me. It did not assist with breaking down foods where I did not receive acid reflux and as a matter of fact I started getting acid reflux AFTER I started taking this product. I would not recommend this product to a person who has suffered with serious digestive issues for several years. This product is more for a person with pretty normal digestion and want to enhance it a bit more. So yeah before I can even try a milk product with them…. They put me on the toilet. (Sorry for tmi) But the whole point is too avoid this situation, correct? After the first time, I thought maybe this was just a 1 time thing…. I tried again and thought …. Well, maybe I just have to get used to the product. So I tried the two capsules about 5 times. And each time they put me on the toilet. Stuck there. Last two times with blood. So, I never even got to a lactose product without this product making me super sick, bloated, going through extra toilet paper…. Like really? I don’t know. I thought it must’ve cleaned my entire system out by now and tried it twice the next week…. Same thing. I could could put a -1000 on this product, I definitely would! If you are positive that you’re lactose intolerant and have been since you were a baby- I would NOT recommend this product!!!!!!! Oh effect on skin? My butt was sore after, if you must know!!!!! Duh! (I’m looking at the check marks on top). Making sure I covered everything and hoping that you all be extremely careful!!!
