Very comfy and lightweight.
This shorts have become my favorite, I ordered some a month before this last purchase and I liked them, then I reordered a few more of them, they are very comfy and lightweight. My favorite are the black, army green and dark grey. I’m 6’1” and 220lb, normally wear 36 however, I decided to try 34, and they fit perfectly, and the elastic waistband can still stretch. When I get clothes online I always check the seams right when I receive the items just to make sure they are ok. So far, I’m happy with how they look and feel.

Fight nicely 😎
Very good quality, comfortable, deep pockets, plenty of room. Color is great Grey & black pair's. Good value. Inseam is a little long. RIP stop stock, zipper works easily. Bought 2 pair's and think 2 more soon. 🤔

Better Than Expected...
I bought these on a whim because buying men's clothes is one of the worst experiences we have. My criteria is a phone pocket on the right leg. That's it. That's all I'm asking: a phone pocket behind the side cargo pocket on the right leg. Wrangler decided to move this pocket to the left side. This is great for folks who keep their phones on their left pocket. But here's an idea, WHY DON'T YOU PUT THAT POCKET ON BOTH SIDES? Anyway, I bought these expecting to hate them because of the zippered phone pocket. And I'll admit it isn't ideal to have to stop, bend down to put my phone in this weird perpendicular-zipper pocket and use two hands to zip up the pocket. It makes me realize how often I pull my phone out of my pocket and that isn't something I want to be reminded of. I want to be able to mindlessly drop my phone in a phone pocket behind the zippered cargo pocket on the right leg. What makes me not hate these shorts is the fit and the material. They're very light, they stretch and they're fairly water resistant. You know what would make me absolutely love them, though? I'll bet you'll never guess.

Great fit, good quality!
These are great shorts! I had purchased a similar pair that no longer exists on Amazon and these are an upgrade replacement. Excellent value for the money, the fabric is breathable and the zippers are all good quality. My only two quirks with the shorts are the velcro on the right pocket, after opening it for the third time in one day to take my IDs out the fuzzy part of the velcro started ripping out, it looks like lint or fuzz now but still closes. My other gripe with the shorts are the main pockets, they are not on the side, they are in the front of the shorts so when I pull my phone out, the entire pocket comes out because the pocket-fabric is pressing against my legs. Other than that, great quality, excellent fit, would recommend! :)

Good shorts, comfortable for hiking
Very happy with these hiking shorts - bought them for a trip to Yosemite where I found them comfortable on the trail and easy to keep clean. These do not include a belt, and I definitely needed a belt with them, particularly when I loaded stuff on all the pockets. I was so pleased that I ordered a second pair.

These shorts fall short of my expectations
Good material that feels like it would be rain resistant to a certain extent. Nice expendable waist. Color is not what I consider grey-not even close as too dark. Two front pockets I had to search for as they are way too high. Special pocket for phone is on right side and I prefer left. It is too small for my phone and still moves around when walking which is a selling point that it does not meet their standard. They are quality looking shorts but made in China and I will not get another pair. I always have at least two grey cargo shorts as I destroy/dirty them way too often so I will be search for my 2nd pair made elsewhere despite the cost. The price is very competitive but at this point in my life I will pay for what I want and these shorts fall short.

Vey nice!
After putting these hiking shorts through their paces on several outdoor adventures, I can confidently say they deliver on most of their promises. The moisture-wicking fabric truly shines during active use – I stayed noticeably drier during a challenging 8-mile hike compared to my old cotton shorts. The quick-dry feature proved invaluable when caught in an unexpected drizzle; the shorts were nearly dry within 30 minutes. The pocket configuration is genuinely well-thought-out. Having six pockets initially seemed excessive, but I found myself using each one purposefully. The dedicated phone pocket on the right thigh is perfectly positioned and sized, keeping my device secure without interfering with my stride. The zippered pockets provide peace of mind for valuables, and the depth prevents items from bouncing around. The 4-way stretch fabric offers excellent mobility – I experienced no restriction during rock scrambling or steep inclines. The adjustable waistband with elastic back section provides a comfortable, customized fit that stays put throughout extended wear. Build quality appears solid with reinforced stress points and quality hardware. However, the UPF 50+ protection, while present, shouldn't be your sole sun defense for extended exposure. The "lightweight but not too thin" claim is accurate – they strike a good balance, though they're slightly heavier than ultralight hiking shorts from premium brands. Bottom Line: These shorts excel as versatile outdoor wear that transitions well from trail to casual settings. While not groundbreaking, they offer reliable performance at what appears to be a reasonable price point. Recommended for hikers, travelers, and anyone seeking functional outdoor shorts with practical features. Best for: Day hiking, travel, casual outdoor activities Consider alternatives if: You prioritize ultralight weight or need shorts for extreme weather conditions

The shorts are okay although the pockets are not as useful as I expected. However, the sizing chart is inaccurate and the shorts fit at least one size too small, probably closer to two sizes. The legs are also very narrow. They were returned.

These shorts fit very small. I’m between an XL and XXL (38”-40” waist). Bought an XXL and they fit more like a North American Large. Very narrow on thighs. Returned them
