On a whim, I bought this for myself and girlfriend. I could noticeably notice strengthening in my fingers. I ended up even getting a stronger one after this. It also functions very well as a fidget toy. Function and fun. Like… FUNctional.

This does what it's supposed to, it isolates each finger. But the plastic parts kind of stick together and don't really slide as well as they should. For the price though, it's a decent option. If you're somewhat strong get the model with more resistance as 5 pounds is easy to grow past in a couple of weeks.

Very helpful in developing more strength & sustainability in my fingers & hands… I’m thinking I might have been better off getting the Black Unit to push myself that bit further..?? Maybe I will if I master this one over time…🤷🏻‍♂️👌😎
