Brilliant. Great for wrapping round back, stomach, knee, arm. Anything that anyone in the house bumps or hurts this comes out. It has a nice velvet soft side so fine again direct skin. Every home should have in the freezer much better than a bag of peas. Stays cold for a long time too. Elastic Velcro strap is nice length too would fit around people of all sizes, children and very large men.

Gets really cold, and stays cold for quite a long time, which is great. Not very flexible when just out the freezer though. I'm using it on my shoulder so it doesn't conform to my shoulder until it warms up a bit. The strap to hold it on is really good and strong.

This is a well designed ice pack for the back and shoulders. Soft, velvety on one side which you can reverse for a colder treatment on the other side. The velcro fastened harness is long enough to tighten to whatever length you need and the ice pack doesn't slip when I attach it to my shoulder. Good product for the price.

This is a very nice ice pack. The length is great and velcro is strong. It is a bit difficult to insert the velcro into the belt when you have a bad back but I managed it ok! I have on used it for one day so cannot say if it is working yet as my back is still painful, so will keep using it and hope for the best!? After using it for a few days I find it gets very icey, so when it starts to warm up you get quite wet which isn't very nice!!

This is a good item. I can ice almost my whole thoracic back area at the same time. The soft side makes it comfortable to use.

Ice size ice pack

Strap not long enough for stable wear on upper back. Strap also has an awkward “thread through a loop and secure back on itself”, which is almost impossible to manange when you’ve actually got back pain and cannot contort your shoulders. Designed by someone who’s never used it.

Super quality and worth the price! Very durable and It's the perfect size! It's very flexible and comforms to pretty much any part of your body unlike other ice packs! I also love that it comes in different colors since most things for pain relief usually don't. I got the purple one and it's such a pretty lavender color! The coldness also lasts way longer than the ice packs with the beads that I would normally get so it offers much longer pain relief. Honestly reminds me of the big professional ones they use at my physical therapy.
