Bought this wig to dress up as my boss for his birthday. This wig was actually much better quality than I expected!

I always try to be positive if possible when I write a review on Amazon. Most products I buy on Amazon rate from very good to excellent. But I cannot rave about this $18-20 men's gray wig. My hair is thinning (I am approaching 70) and I wanted to see if a full men's wig might be an improvement. I thought $20.00 was not too much to see if a wig was convincing, good looking, hard to detect and if it looked like real hair. This $20.00 wig does not meet any of those criteria! It looked like a squirrel might have fallen out of a tree and fallen on my head. The hair fibers are rather thick and stiff and have no sheen like normal clean hair. My wife threatened to not go out in public with me if I wore it. The one use I can see for it is if a teenage boy or adult is involved in school or community theatre and needs to be gray haired, it would probably look okay if the audience wasn't too close. I would also recommend having a hair stylist cut it and style it as opposed to wearing it out of the plastic bag it arrives in. The hair is so thick and stiff your barber or hair stylist might have to use a grass shears or an electric shrub trimmer to cut it. I went looking for the wig recently to entertain my grandchildren by looking ridiculous, but the plastic bag was empty. I think my wife threw the wig out or possibly burned it. If you are looking for a fine men's wig, keep looking! This is not it! lol

This wig was surprisingly great quality for the price! It was thick & full & the color was good. And it even came with the net to hold your hair underneath. We actually got it for my 10-year-old to wear for Halloween to dress up as the new younger MacGyver, and he looked great!

Wayy too much volume/hair on the top and can't get it down tried everything, hairline is mad frizzy, you can see the black net through the hair, to me I feel like it I can make it look good but I have to wear a hat with it. The colors are perfect, haircut is off though. It's more of a Karen Hair lol. I got what I paid for.. lol I duuno what I expected. I still like it though.

Works perfectly fine even makes it look like my real hair I’m %100 satisfied with the results of the hair it also covers my bald spots really really well, Making it look like my actual hair and not some part of a Halloween outfit.

The front of the wig doesn't look realistic at all. the back and sides do, but the front screams wig as it doesn't lay flat and the way the hair combs back into the rest of the wig as it's supposed to lay. Glad it was cheap.

I got this to Cosplay as Homelander from The Boys - and the color is on point, the length is right, but it doesn't lay "flat" to the extent that I wanted. Its quite puffy, and would do well to be cut/optimized before dressing up as Homelander. It might work great for your character, though! Overall a great value for the money!
