One of the early books of evangelical Christianity that had inspired many and I hoped it would be edifying to me as well. I wasn’t disappointed. I now thank God for such a lovely book.

This is a great book to read and study in your bible study/community group. There are few different versions with different physical sizes and edits/translations out there, but I picked up this particular copy. It's only 25 pages, but MAN was it packed with a lot of hard truths, firm reminders, and eye opening realizations about humility in our walk with Christ. I read this in a small mens group (6), and we got about 2 hours of discussion out of it. There were some stark realities that sometimes we just don't consider about our pride, lack of humility and the reality of sin, and this book while old does a great job of turning our eyes toward the Lord.

実は、この本の日本語訳を読んだのですが、今、自分が必要としていることもあり、深く感動しました。謙遜というテーマなのですが、何か強烈なインパクトをうけました。少し難しいところもあるかもしれませんが、できるだけ多くの人に読んでほしい本です。
