Games Workshop - Warhammer 40,000 - Space Marines: Sternguard Veteran Squad (2023 Edition)

Item was delivered fast and handled with care. All the sprues were intact! Here’s two of the models I’ve done so far!

on the distributor’s side, it came in perfect condition. on the GW side, great box set that has a lot in it for the price. sternguards are pretty good rn and they also just look sick. also comes with a bunch of customization for each unit, which means you can save the other pieces for other models down the line. honestly would buy again to get a full unit if I wasn’t broke

Beautiful sculp, tons of extra bits

you get what you pay for, no dents in the box or sprue, comes well packaged, and the models themselves are great quality with tons of extra bits for kit bashing. plus the back pack banner is something sorely missed in other primaris space marine kits

Box was slightly flattened but overall, nothing was damaged.

Much better than the push fit models from the leviathan box as it comes with a large arsenal that can be used to create more specific loadouts.

Für mich war diese Box genau das, was ich mir von einem Set vorstelle: Die Modelle sind vergleichsweise detailliert und es werden einem mehrere Möglichkeiten zum individuellen Bau gegeben, die nach meiner Erfahrung bisher nur die Blade-Guard übertrifft. Leider sind sie relativ teuer und wenn man nur eine Armee aufbauen möchte, dann sind die Space Marines Intercessors vielleicht die bessere Alternative. Für ein erstes Set würde ich die Infernus Marines empfehlen, da diese leichter zu bauen sind. Auch, wenn die Datasheets der Unit nicht so überragend ist, wie die Marines aussehen, so gilt wie immer die Rule of Cool: Wenn ihr die Marines optisch cool findet, dann kann ich es nur empfehlen. Alles in Allem gebe ich diesem Set 5 von 5 Sternen, weil ich gerne viel Zeit mit dem Bau der Einheit verbringe und nicht, weil sie im Tabletop-Spiel zu den besten Einheiten der Space Marines gehört.
