Amazing product to take before bed

I've been taking Source Natural magnesium for years. For the longest time I was taking the capsules but they are HUGE and you have to take 6 of them to get the recommended dosage. Aside from having to swallow that many large pills, it was hard to carry so many if I had to travel. Despite all that, they help with sleep and muscle pain so I do like them. Saw these tablets and that they were smaller and you only had to take half as many for the same dosage. The form is still the same: malate. But I can't take the tablets without stomach upset and really bad bloating. I think it must be the fillers or something that go into actually making it a tablet. It's the only thing I can think of but I've tried switching twice and got the same results. Went back to the capsules, even though they're more of a pain to take because they WORK. And those give me no side effects at all. Could just be my own experience but don't automatically rule out Source Natural magnesium if you have the same thing happen with the tablets. You may just need to try another form.

Tomo este MAGNECIO en la Mañana por mis dolores crónicos de la Fibro y por el cansancio extremo de la tiroides. Recomiendo en la mañana tomarlo NUNCA en la noche por que no podrás dormir y SOLAMENTE TOMAR 1 los doctores recomiendan menos de 600mlg al día y una sola cápsula contiene 625 mlg !!! Mi Dra me recomendó 200 mlg de malato en la Mañana y 200 mlg de MAGNECIO GLISENATO en la Noche para dormir pero cuando estoy con crisis o dolores musculares me tomo 1 de estas por que son Bien potentes y espero más de 12 horas para tomarme el GLISENATO en la noche de 500mlg que me ayuda a relajar músculos, calambres y duermo padezco de insomnio el magnecio es el mejor remedio para dormir!

I have histamine intolerance and cannot tolerate certain forms of magnesium including citrate, glycinate & orotate. This one as malate is very high quality and perfect for those with histamine issues.
