They appear to have a QA problem. In my pack of five (5) jig heads, two (2) had a very bendable hook which straightened after the first fish I caught (~1 pound smallmouths and not huge or prolonged fighting fish by any measure).They're still usable and largely work as intended, but you need to check very diligently as you use them to make sure they are still straight and sharp. Even moreso than you always check fishing gear.I suggest the company work on the hooks a bit--the same jig head and wire with better hooks would be a best-in-class jig head. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Results Speak for Themselves *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on August 31, 2019* A guy gave me one of these and showed me where to fish it. I tried it the next day and caught 3 bass. I then ordered my own with the weed guard, and I've been catching fish all summer. The guard gets frazzled easily, and I cut it off when it does. I lost one jig to a snag, but that was after cutting off the guard. I will continue to ned rig without the weed guard. I took away one star, because the guard becomes a hassle after a few casts. It's easy for him to rig and the weedless "wires" keep him from snagging most of the time.
