These were recommended by my physiotherapist as part of the treatment for a knee problem. They certainly seem to help and I think they improve my posture. These are in a pair of Converse and have improved their comfort considerably. They feel a bit odd at first but you get used to it very quickly. Main issue is they are quite expensive to have a pair in all your shoes, but a bit of a pain to keep moving them between shoes. I also have the 3/4 length ones which work well and are easier to transfer.

As described. Makes a big difference and am now able to walk. Does feel like a ping pong ball under your foot at first but in a good way and you quickly get used to it. Feet don't ache unbearably any more. Hurray!

Offers good support but at he same time light weight. Better than the sports ones which I had previously
