My granddaughter fell in love with this Elsa doll! It came quickly and is perfect!! A little more expensive than a few other Elsa dolls, but totally worth it!

I am so happy with this purchase. The doll is just beautiful. The face, the hair and clothing are just enchanting. Since I plan on giving the doll as a Christmas gift I was also pleased that the it was packaged so nicely in a plastic shell with all the accessories. Disney sells several Elsa dolls. I chose this particular doll because the clothes are fully removeable (whereas only the skirt is removeable on some of the other dolls). I also love the long hair because I know how much little girls love to brush and style hair. Overall, it's a great doll for my little "Frozen" lover.

For a doll marketed for hair play, the hair is in truly awful condition. Disney has decided to pack the doll with so much gel in the hair that her braid arrives SOLID, and there's no hope of brushing it out. I'm not even sure if it's gel or GLUE because after three rounds of washing there's still parts with the product in it. The hair also feels like a surprisingly low-quality and flimsy fiber for a doll, once again, marketed for its hair. Perhaps the glue/gel weakened it, but attempting to wash and brush it out led to a lot of hair loss falling out of her head or breaking with even the gentlest brushing.The doll herself is gorgeous though, being the accurate likeness of the character from the movie, with an accurate dress and even the correct shoes! (Older Disney Elsa dolls gave her generic blue shoes, so seeing her have the heels from the movie is a nice touch) She's also poseable, and her dimensions are close enough to Barbie that she can also wear Barbie clothes.The accessories are fun to play with an add to the hair... with the possible exception of the hair gel. After all the effort to get the product OUT of the doll's hair so she can be played with in the first place, there's NO WAY I'm letting any kind of gel product back into that hair!Overall, this is an above-average quality doll, as I would expect from the Disney store brand, BUT I'm not sure if the quality and default condition of the hair justifies her being about $10 more than the default Disney Store Elsa doll (at the time of this purchase)

I ordered this over a month ago for my 3 year old daughter for Christmas and the first time she played with Elsa, the head popped off! I tried contacting the seller and because it's longer than a month ago, they cannot offer a replacement. My response was that it was a Christmas gift and we didn't open it until a month after purchased! Oh but they did offer 15% my next purchase!!! Lol no thank you. My daughter specifically asked for this doll and it broke the first time she played with it. So disappointing!
